Your recordings are not used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. On the free plan the server copy of your audio is deleted the moment the transcript is ready. We do not create voiceprints, and speaker labels never follow a person from one recording to another.
Recording laws vary by country and sometimes by state. ClearMinutes shows a consent notice before your first recording and plays an audible tone when recording starts, so people in the room know. Complying with the law where you are remains your responsibility — the terms set this out plainly.
